The mobile number and email ID provided during application will be used for all future communication. Providing correct information is crucial, as errors may lead to application rejection. Applicants eligible for fee concession (SC, ST, OEC categories) must apply through the E-Grantz portal and upload community and income certificates in the admission portal for verification.

  1. Complete your profile information on the admission portal.
  2. Apply for a programme by clicking on the ‘PG Programme’ tab and selecting your desired MA programme. You can view programme details, outcomes, curriculum, and fees on the programme details page.
  3. Add your essential qualifications: 10th level, Plus 2/Pre Degree/HSE/Equivalent Level, and Degree/Equivalent Level. Upload the mark sheet for each qualification as a PDF document.
  4. Upload supporting documents, including identification-related documents, transfer certificate (mandatory for candidates below 45 years), and Caste/Income/NCL certificates if applicable. Also, upload your photo and signature in JPG/PNG/JPEG format, using the image cropper tool if needed.
  5. Select your preferred Learner Support Centre (LSC). You can choose up to three LSCs anywhere in Kerala; allocation depends on availability.
  6. Proceed to fee payment. The first payment includes the admission fee and first-semester fee. Ensure your category is correct before payment, as reservation categories are eligible for fee concessions. If you claim a concession, you must produce the required documents during physical verification.
