Accessing Course-Wise Fees

SGOU has not published a consolidated list of course-wise fees on its website as of 02 October 2026. However, the specific amount to be paid for each programme and service will be displayed on the screen during the online application process.

Applicants can view the programme fees by navigating to the ‘Fees’ tab on the programme details page within the online application portal. The first payment made during admission includes both the admission fee and the first-semester fee.

Fee Concessions for Reserved Categories

Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Eligible Community (OEC) categories who are eligible for fee concession must apply through the E-Grantz portal.

It is mandatory to upload the community certificate and income certificate, as applicable, in the admission portal and produce the original documents for physical verification. The system will display the adjusted fee amount for eligible candidates. Failure to produce the required documents during verification will make the applicant liable to pay the full amount and may lead to delays in application processing and admission confirmation.

Fee Refund Policy

Fees will be refunded to applicants who do not secure admission, subject to the university’s terms and conditions. To apply for a refund, a special application must be submitted using the facility available on the university’s website or admission portal.

Applicants must ensure they provide correct bank account details in their own name for the refund process. The university is not responsible if the refund is not received due to errors in account information or issues with bank software. For any queries regarding fee refunds or cancellations, contact the University Office.
