Step-by-Step Online Application Process

Applicants can submit their admission forms digitally by following the steps outlined in the SGOU admission user manual.

  1. Register on the SGOU online admission portal to generate login credentials and complete the basic profile information.
  2. Navigate to the dashboard and select either the ‘UG Programmes’ or ‘PG Programmes’ tab.
  3. Select the desired programme and click ‘APPLY NOW’ after reviewing the program overview, outcome, curriculum, and fee structure.
  4. Under the qualification section, click ‘add new’ to enter required academic details. Enter 10th and Plus 2 details for UG applications, or 10th, Plus 2, and Degree details for PG applications.
  5. Save qualification details and upload scanned copies of supporting educational certificates.
  6. Upload a passport-size photograph and scanned signature using the built-in image cropper tool.
  7. Upload ID proof, Transfer Certificate (TC), and category or fee concession certificates.
  8. Select up to three preferred Learner Support Centres (LSCs) from the available list across Kerala.
  9. Select an available counselling slot date and location for physical document verification.
  10. Preview the completed application form and proceed to fee payment.
  11. Pay the first-semester fee (inclusive of admission fee) through the online payment gateway.
  12. Track application processing and verification updates on the student dashboard.

Document Verification and Admission Confirmation
