- 4-Year FYUG: B.Com, BBA, BA (Sociology, History, English, Malayalam).
- 2-Year PG: MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA (Public Administration, Political Science, Philosophy, Hindi, Arabic, Sanskrit, Economics, Sociology, History, English, Malayalam).
- Go to the SGOU exam time tables page or official question paper repository.
- In the ‘Search for a programme…’ field, enter the name of your registered degree programme.

How to Check SGOU Grade Cards and Mark Sheets Online
Learners can generate their online grade card or mark sheet directly by entering their registered credentials on the university grade card portal.
- Open the SGOU IRS grade card portal.
- Type your registered email address in the Email field.
- Enter your Enrolment Number in the Enrolment Number field.
- Choose your term from the ‘Semester’ dropdown menu (options include SEMESTER ONE, SEMESTER TWO, SEMESTER THREE, SEMESTER FOUR, SEMESTER FIVE, or SEMESTER SIX).
- Click the ‘PROCEED’ button to view your result details.
Examination Fee Payment Rules and Modes
All university examination and academic fees must be paid online. After a successful transaction, candidates must generate and preserve the payment receipt for future reference.
