Fee Payment Rules for University Services

All candidate and student fees for university services must be paid online only. Physical cash or offline payments are not accepted at regional or support centres. Students facing billing issues can contact administrative offices through the SGOU Contact Us page.

  • Payment Modes Allowed: Debit Card (Rupay / Other), Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.
  • Transaction Charge: NIL charges for Rupay Debit Cards, Domestic Credit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and other Debit Cards up to Rs 2000.
  • Receipts: Generate and print the payment receipt immediately after online transactions.
  • Failed Payments: If no confirmation receipt is generated after online payment, contact the University office before attempting another payment.
